No professional relationship is created
Submitting a form, calling, or receiving a response does not create an adjuster-client relationship. Representation begins only after the parties sign the written Public Adjuster Contract required by applicable law and M&T confirms acceptance. M&T may decline an inquiry because of licensing, location, conflict, timing, capacity, or another valid reason.
Licensing and service area
This installation is directed to policyholders in Florida. Services are provided only where M&T and the assigned professional are authorized. The local headquarters or office does not limit the stated statewide service area. Licenses are displayed in the header and footer.
No guarantee of results
Results, statistics, payments, and historical examples are context only. Every claim depends on the policy, cause, facts, damage, documentation, deductible, limits, and applicable evaluation. M&T does not guarantee coverage, payment, amount, timing, or outcome.
Emergencies and protecting property
M&T is not an emergency, mitigation, restoration, engineering, health, or safety service. In an emergency call 911 and follow qualified authorities and professionals. Take reasonable and safe steps to protect property, preserve evidence when possible, and review the policy; do not place yourself in danger.
Information you submit
The public form accepts only your name, telephone number, email address, property ZIP code, and an optional general damage category. You represent that the information is truthful, authorize M&T to store it in its protected lead system, and authorize an ordinary call solely to respond and arrange an appointment. The system may send an automatic email acknowledgment. The separate, optional, unchecked box allows you to authorize recurring informational and M&T marketing communications by call, email, and text, including an automated system for selecting or dialing numbers and an artificial or prerecorded voice, recorded message, or prerecorded voicemail. That optional consent is not a condition of purchasing or receiving services. Do not submit a narrative, policy or claim number, bank or account information, identification number, health information, password, or document. Form submission does not create representation.

- Do not introduce malicious code, abusive automation, or false information
- Do not copy marks, content, or images for unauthorized commercial use
- Do not use the site to violate rights or law
Intellectual property
