How we collect it
We collect information directly from you, automatically through essential site functions, and where applicable from vendors that support hosting, email, abuse prevention, or communications. Server logs may include IP address, browser, date, time, and requested page; M&T’s lead system does not store the raw IP address in the lead record.

When we disclose it
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share mobile information or SMS consent for third-party advertising. Providers receive only what is reasonably needed for their function.
Text messages and calls

Retention
Website leads are generally kept for up to 365 days and then removed by an automated task, unless longer retention is needed to address your request, begin a service relationship, secure the system, meet an obligation, or resolve a dispute. Provider backups and logs may follow different schedules. Client files are retained under the engagement and applicable duties.
Security
We use reasonable controls such as HTTPS, restricted administrative access, validation, sanitization, submission limits, verified forms, and optional additional bot prevention. No method is infallible. Do not send sensitive documents through a channel M&T has not approved.

Children
This site and the services are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children through the lead form.
